Fill the cleaning agent inside the diesel perticulate filter and some water along with the chemical. leave it for atleast half an hour so that cleaning agent can remove all the shoot particals. Then with the help of water pressure try to clean shoot. Do it again and again until the water color get change (from black to very less black or complete transparent). At this stage again fill diesel perticualte filter with water and mix some cleaning agent in it. Wait from at least 10;15 minutes and then remove that water from diesel perticualte filter with water pressure. Now shoot from diesel perticualte filter should be clean. Again with the water pressure clean the remaining soot.

- Clean diesel particulate filter which is block.
- Replace faulty exhaust back pressure sensor.
- Replace faulty diesel particulate filter sensor.
- Repair leakage of exhaust gas from the joints of exhaust pipe.
- Repair damage wiring harness of the sensor.
Causion need to be care while cleaning DPF:
If DPF cleaning process is performed by the enigne than you must be follow the commands of scan tools. If you did not follow the commands properly of scan tool it can declined the process of DPF cleaning.
In case if you are cleaning DPF by removing it outside engine. Then you either follow the above instructions or you can do it by your self its all upto you. when you are doing it remove all the sensor of DPf so that sensor sensor can not get damage.
